OK I am going to give y'all my secret recipe. Everything is to taste. I don't measure.
INGREDIENTS
2 - 29oz cans tomato sauce
1 or 2 - 15 oz stewed tomatoes (sliced)
Italian seasoning
parsley flakes
basil
oregano
garlic powder
chopped onion
1 pound ground meat or meat balls
small can stems and pieces mushrooms
DIRECTIONS
Brown meat with seasonings, mushrooms and chopped onion.
Mix tomato sauce and tomatoes with browned meat. Simmer. It is done when the sauce is warm. Pour over noodles and enjoy.
You can use all fresh ingredients if you prefer. I usually have all of the canned items on hand.
